All sessions include complimentary essential oils on request & drinking water. Please bring your own towel to sit on, drinking bottle & changing robe (we do not provide a changing facility).

Any individual facility you do not opt to hire on your booking and shared open areas may be in use by other groups during your visit.

​Please note: We have plans to introduce a second 10 person sauna before Christmas, if you would like to provisionally add this to your booking please mention it in the 'further information' field.
