Service Description
This session provides you exclusive access to our sauna, hot tub, cold showers & plunge pools - combined with optional sea dips this experience will leave you with the amazing feeling hot & cold contrast therapy brings. This session includes complimentary essential oils on request & drinking water. Please bring your own towel to sit on, drinking bottle & changing robe (we do not provide a changing facility). Please note all of our sessions are for ages 16+ only, and we do not permit alcohol whilst using our facilities. Please ensure you have read our Terms of Use thoroughly before proceeding with the booking. Other facilities on-site that have not been privately hired as part of your booking may be in use by other guests.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a session up to 48hrs before start time - Log In and go to 'My Account' and cancel your booking to receive a full refund or you can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before. If you do not have an account get in touch to request cancellation or reschedule. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booked slot will not receive a refund.
